About Our Founder

Anelia Ninova founded the firm after years of obtaining courtroom experience in the family law area, most recently as a partner at Zivitz Law Group.

Prior, she practiced family law, litigation, business, and immigration law the Law Offices of Eugene Mogilevsky, and business and transactional law and litigation at RobergeLaw (which was acquired through merger by Bose McKinney & Evans LLP in 2017). Right after law school, she worked as insurance defense litigator at Mandel, Pollack & Horn PC, k/n/a Mandel Horn & Rausch.

During law school, Anelia clerked at the Law Offices of Liberty Mutual Group, as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigations where, as Honors intern, she prepared legal training materials for FBI special agents and attended the FBI Citizens Academy.

For over a decade, Anelia served as adjunct faculty for Indiana Wesleyan University, teaching a number of undergraduate and graduate level classes in the Adult and Professional Studies Program.

Education

Anelia received her Juris Doctorate degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she placed on the Dean’s List. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s in Management.

License & Languages

Anelia is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and is fluent in English and Bulgarian.
